For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager.

In this position the Project Manager will support the product strategy lead in Pharma Technical Operations.

The perfect candidate:
Has a technical degree, as well as over 5 years of Project Management and CMC experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, the candidate speaks fluent English and is experienced in Stakeholder Management.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Supporting a transitioning of all relevant CMC documents created and owned by Roche to the licensor (Roche terminated the license, similar to a divestment project) including technical documentation (incl. master batch records if required), Roche Supply/ Quality contracts with CMO’s and customers (e.g. where Roche is acting as CMO), Quality reports, Regulatory dossiers (CMC dossiers of about 50 countries)
* Managing 2 party meetings, writing meeting minutes
* Managing and owning from a Roche perspective the 2 party exchange folder (and eventually a separate folder for a DD partner , Due Diligence of the licensor and not Roche) of the extent of documents created for and/or shared during the transition phase, e.g. box environment
* Being the Interface between external Partners and Roche
* Working in a continuously evolving Project scope
* Develop and provide Project Scope, Project Governance and Stakeholder Management Guidelines and ensure that we have outstanding tools & templates in place.
* Create and implement outstanding stakeholder management strategies in order to increase capabilities of the project managers and project teams.
* Support the review of projects to ensure they are delivered in compliance with Pharmaceuticals Project Practices

Must Haves:
* Technical (CMC) university degree, MBA or similar degree
* minimum of 5 years Project Management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably CMC experience
* Speaks English fluently (all meetings/ documentation is in English/ license partner is a US based company), good German skills is a bonus
* Cross Functional Stakeholder management
* Soft skills: Team player, Communication skills, organizational skills
* IT skills: standard Roche IT tools/ docs (word, xls, ppt)

Nice to have:
* Experience in divestment projects and/or in/ out licensing projects of pharmaceutical products
