For our partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager Learning Solution

In the Develop & Empower our People (DeEP) workstream for Roche Diagnostics Service, we work on upskilling our people in Service to be prepared for the digital future and new ways of working. We drive partnerships with external organizations, in order to develop new ideas and approaches together and ultimately enable the future of Service. Through collaboration, we leverage diverse perspectives and thus boost innovation.

This position will be focus on external vendor management. We are looking for a dynamic and good communicator project manager to work on development of learning journeys and people development. Soft skills are highly important: communication, self-organised, self-managed and proactive. The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and people development.

Tasks

• Support the team in defining, creating, managing and maintaining learning strategies that enhance commercial excellence capabilities, based on performance metrics
  * Serves as a performance consultant to assess critical business needs and recommend learning solutions to address capability & skills gaps
  * Partner with other team members and stakeholders to scope and prioritize the portfolio of learning solutions and determine integration points across function, site or geography related to the learning and performance improvement needs
  * Partner with the team and stakeholders to develop and influence strategies for prioritizing learning and development, near and long term performance improvement and Service employees‘ learning journeys. Apply ROI to learning solutions when possible.
  * Stays abreast of technologies and the breadth of learning solutions to drive and influence business partners to adopt the most effective learning methods, solutions and outcomes.
  * Appropriately challenges business leadership regarding ways to use learning and development as a strategic lever for their organisation.
  
  Must Haves
  * University Degree – Adult learning or Instructional design
  * Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management
  * Experience with Agile methodology
  * Excellent communicator and fluent in English any additional languages is an advantage
  * Experienced with proactive strategic learning, development and performance consulting
  * Experienced in instructional design, analysis, evaluation, implementation and administration,
  * Passionate about learning and learning solutions,
  * Experienced in a multi-cultural environment, with agile ways of working, able to navigate complex, matrix-based organisations
  * A self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to work with minimum supervision
  * A team player with a strong desire to experiment in a global network
  * Experienced in building and maintaining effective relationships at a variety of leadership levels and with collaborator/supplier organisations

Nice to Haves
* Experience with learning systems such as Cornerstone (**)
* Google Suite experience
* Experience as a trainer would be an advantage.
* Experience in a Service environment would be an advantage.
