Project Manager (m/f/d) – Scrum / SAP / ARIBA / Supply Chain / English

Role:

For our pharma client in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a high qualified Project Manager.

Background:
Roche has initiated a global Business Process and ERP Program to globally harmonize business

processes and systems.

For the upcoming deployment phases of the Supplier Collaboration Platform (iCollab), we are

looking for a Project Management Professional with relevant supply chain/procurement

experience in the Life Science industry to support the process and solution introduction to the

internal & external business partners, as well as Project organizations.

The role is a full time role that requires onsite presence in Basel/Kaiseraugst. The expected

duration of the engagement is 12 – 18 months.

The perfect candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with supply chain/procurement process experience who was part

of transformational projects. The ideal candidate can combine project management experience

with Scrum experience and has strong communication skills.

Areas of responsibilities:

– Works closely with iCollab Project Business Lead & Product Owner to support and coordinate

project deliverables

– Works closely with and support local operations, project OCM, Business work-stream leads as

well as Supplier Engagement Coordinators

– Coordinate business related activities within Aspire Procurement Upstream (myBuy) with

Process Management, Extended Team Members and IT

– Bring subject matter expertise and best practise for Supply Chain Management / Procurement

– Ensures best practice is included in internal & external business partner OCM & training

activities

– Coordinate workshop activities & material and sprint sessions for deployment workshops as well

as drive execution and completion of open task/issues lists and relevant back-logs.

– Standard PMO activities to ensure activities and status is tracked and managed

Must Haves:

– Min. Bachelor degree in Business, IT or Life Sciences or Scrum Certificate/PMP/PMI

– Min. 5+ years of relevant supply chain / procurement consulting experience, delivering supply

chain procurement solutions in transformational projects

– Knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems (SAP ECC/S4 as well Ariba/ Coupa/

GEP (SmartBuy-Nexxe) or non-SAP Purchase-to-Pay solutions) for supply chain/procurement

management

– Proven record in implementation projects with change management and process improvement

skills

– Strong communication skills, Business level fluency in English both written and verbal

– Requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and

complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly

– Proven capability in negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management

– Excellent communication and project management skills in classic as well as Agile ways of

working

– Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours to support global projects

Nice to Haves:

– Strong business process knowledge and experience in the supply chain

management/procurement

– Experience working with cloud based platforms will be an added advantage

– Agile and SAFe experience
