Project Manager – Investment Foundation Order Management 80%-100%

Role:
For our Zurich based client we are looking for Project Manager with specific expertise for the duration of 12 Months.

Tasks:
* Responsibility for the success of the project & Project planning
* Build (replace) the existing solution from a frontend (Angular) and backend (Java/Spring).
* Ensure that the intended project goals regarding scope/quality, deadlines and budget are achieved and that appropriate methods, tools and processes are used to achieve the project goals.
* Coordination of the relevant processes and procurement of the required resources
* Supporting the client in communication and negotiations
* Conducting meetings and workshops with the involved stakeholders at all levels.
* Convincing communication and presentation skills.
* Open, creative and innovative personality

Required Skills:
* You have at least 5 years‘ of experience as a project manager in the financial sector, including investment foundations or processing subscriptions and redemptions.
* Sound technical knowledge in the area of investment foundations or Z/R of AST claims
* Experience in building Java/Spring solutions (GUI, backend)
* Experience in Angular, Oracle DB, MQSeries, Control-M
* Experience with FIX messages, FIX v4.2 (QuickFixJ Library)
* Ability to recognise / manage complex sets of rules / interrelationships
* Good moderation and negotiation skills in cooperation with our internal stakeholders
* Willingness to deal with the content of the topic and thus support the specialist project manager and the team
* Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, structured and result-oriented way of working.
* Ability to work under pressure, a high degree of flexibility and to handle multiple challenging priorities and tasks with a proactive approach.

* Fluent in German
* Good English
