Project Manager(f/m/d) – IT/infrastructure/German/matrix organization/server landscape

Project:
For our customer in Space industry based in Zurich region we are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager (f/m/d) .

Background:
We have embarked on an exciting Rintra X project initiative aimed at modernizing our server landscape. As such, we are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to helm this transformation. This role requires experience in managing complex PM projects, specifically system introduction and support, as well as an ability to drive change and bring our colleagues along on the journey. The main focus of the role is IT Infrastructure (Rintra Decommissioning), change management, external partners collaboration related projects and consolidation of new/existing processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Planning and migration of storage appliances
• Cleaning of dependencies and decommissioning
• Guiding the project team in the creation of requirements and functional specifications
• Responsible for solution design and implementation
• Ensuring project targets are achieved within time, budget, and quality standards

Must Haves:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven strengths in PM and IT Infrastructure projects
• Very good functional understanding (Prior work with Space industry and understanding of our Infrastructure and environment is preferred)
• Experience working in an international matrix organization
• Strong communication skills in English and German

• Fluent in English
• Fluent in German
