Quality Assistant Specialist: Data tracking/Data Migration/ Documentation/ProcessManagement/ English/ German/ French

We are looking for a Quality Assistant Specialist to support the Quality team during the deployment of a new digital
platform. The mission of this role is to support the migration of data from legacy systems to new tools, ensuring
accuracy, traceability, and reliability of data, documentation, and processes, while contributing to digitalization
initiatives. This is an operational, detail-oriented role essential to a successful system transition. We value initiative
and encourage candidates to propose improvements and support process optimization.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

 Track, , and migrate data from legacy systems to new digital tools.
 Ensure accurate data entry and maintain full traceability during the transition phase.
 Prepare and verify data packages for customer delivery, ensuring completeness and correct batch
alignment.
 Support the collection, structuring, and consolidation of documentation from multiple sources.
 Contribute to the transformation of paper-based data into digital formats.
 Monitor adherence to defined processes and support compliance activities. Support operational activities
such as quarantine area management and calibration processes.
 Assist the team in daily activities related to system transition and process digitalization
Required Skills and Experience
 High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks reliably.
 Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment. Proactive mindset with a continuous
improvement approach.
 Good teamwork and communication skills.
 Basic knowledge of Excel and data management tools.

Nice to have :

 Any further language (German, French and Swedish) beyond English is a strong asset
 Experience in other Space companies
