SAP Application Coordinator (m, f, d) S4/Hana – FICO/MM 100% , Winterthur / Hybrid

Project: We are looking for an experienced SAP Application and Systems coordinator to join a global industry leader based in Winterthur. This is a crucial six-month + project where your skills will play a vital role in shaping a sustainable future.

Tasks:

• You will act as the overall Application coordinator and Support the S4/Hana activities
• Provide local and remote business support, for circa 40 applications users (FICO; MM, SD etc)
• Carry out administration tasks such as creating users, password reset etc
• Respond to auditors for year-end closing
• Collaborate closely with partners to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of SAP processes.
• Act as main contact for internal business and external SAP partners
• Collect business requirements and incidents and assure completion of issues.
• Develop and coordinate SAP partner solutions, by evaluating importance and costs to secure a final decision.
• Secure implementation of chosen solutions and Review and document all processes regularly
• Implement technical specifications in collaboration with external SAP partners
• Carry responsibility for budget planning relating the SAP-ECO System
• Document and manage all interfaces from/to Hana together with the interface developer

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customizing SAP FiCo and SAP MM modules.
• Additional familiarity with modules like SD is advantageous.
• Expertise in utilizing Fiori for efficient operations.
• 2 years of hands-on End-user experience in the S4/Hana application.
• Proven track record with 3 years of experience in administering S/Hana environments.
• Successful experience in defining interfaces from/to SAP.
• Thorough understanding of the S/Hana licensing model structure.
• Knowledge of relational databases is beneficial
• SAP Certifications advantageous
• Optional: Security skills for managing and creating roles are welcomed
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage with various partners, facilitating the development of amicable and effective solutions
• Experience in project management is a plus.
