For our customer a big pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a highly qualified SAP Application Lifecycle Management Consultant.

Background:

ASPIRE is a multi-year program which aims at enabling our client to be sustainably successful in the future by streamlining and simplifying its business model and systems globally covering the following aspects:

• Harmonizing and standardizing processes and global master data
• Simplifying the system landscape and interfaces
• Optimizing the supply chain to realize efficiencies
• Digitalizing and automating procurement processes As the ASPIRE – SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Consultant you are responsible for supporting the ALM framework, training, onboarding of projects based on SAP Solution Manager solutions Focused Build and ChaRM.

The perfect candidate has +5 years‘ experience working in the pharma industry and has at least 3 years hands on experience with SAP ERP Application Lifecycle Management, using SAP Solution Manager. Ideally, the candidate brings along a bachelor’s degree or equivalent diplomas or work experience in the business or IT field. Additionally, the candidate possesses excellent project management skills especially in implementation of projects, typically in the area of Lifesciences and IT. Methodologies like Waterfall, Agile and Scaled Agile should be tools the candidate is very familiar with.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Management and maintenance of training strategy and training material for Solution Manager ALM (Focused Build and ChaRM)
• Onboarding of new teams/projects, explaining processes and methodology
• Operational support and delivering ad hoc training to new teams/projects and functional areas to improve Solution Manager ALM adoption.
• Supporting the continuous improvement process for Solution Manager ALM itself from requirements management to release to the business
• Collaborating with IT compliance in the definition of processes and controls to ensure compliance and reduce risks

Must Haves:

• Educated to Bachelor, BA degree level or equivalent in business or IT
• 3+ years of hands on experience in SAP ERP Application Lifecycle Management, using SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build, ChaRM)
• 5+ years of experience in a global enterprise in the Pharma industry, delivering SAP ERP solutions in transformational projects
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in project management, focusing on implementation projects, typically in the area of Lifesciences and IT
• Experience with different project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe)
• Very good communication skills are essential with the ability to communicate credibly at different levels in a highly complex cross-functional environment and build collaborative relationships
• Strong organizational, analytical and methodological skills
• Autonomous, structured and goal-oriented working methods and a good team player
• C-level fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable
• Business innovation or laboratory information systems (ERP, MES, QMS, Clinical Systems, Finance, Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain Planning…)
