For our Pharma client in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified SAP Project and Support Specialist (m/w/d).

Die ERP Business Consulting Gruppe Kaiseraugst ist verantwortlich für den Support und die Optimierung von SAP ECC Systemen und Schnittstellen für den Manufacturing Standort Kaiseraugst.

Als SAP ERP zentrale Hauptansprechpartner innerhalb der IT/OT Kaiseraugst Organisation unterstützen und verbinden wir Key Users aus den operativen Bereichen und SAP ERP 2nd Level Support aus der IT Organisation, damit unsere Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren und unsere Kunden effektiv arbeiten können

Der perfekte Kandidat:

Der/Die gesuchte Kandidat/in verfügt über eine hohe Serviceorientierung mit entsprechender

Erfahrung in Pharma Manufacturing Prozessen sowie der Fähigkeit mit Business und IT in

den Sprachen Englisch und Deutsch zu kommunizieren. Die Person muss sehr proaktiv,

selbständig und lernbereit sein. Die Motivation steht im Vordergrund sowie die sehr gute

Erfahrung in PP-PI (SAP Modul).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Der perfekte Kandidat: Der/Die gesuchte Kandidat/in verfügt über eine hohe Serviceorientierung mit entsprechender Erfahrung in Pharma Manufacturing Prozessen sowie der Fähigkeit mit Business und IT in den Sprachen Englisch und Deutsch zu kommunizieren. Die Person muss sehr proaktiv, selbständig und lernbereit sein. Die Motivation steht im Vordergrund sowie die sehr gute Erfahrung in PP-PI (SAP Modul).Must Haves:
– Bachelor degree or equivalent in a Supply Chain Discipline, Business Administration or Business Informatics
– Min. 3 years in Supply Chain business, preferably in pharma industry
– Excellent skills in Analytics & Reporting
– Willingness to work within an international environment with different stakeholders
– Very good written and oral skills in German and English
– Self-directed individual with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
– Passion for teamwork and continuous improvement
– Identification and focus on value-added activities
– Agile mindset and a fast learner
– Open-minded

Must Haves:

– Min. Bachelor Abschluss in einem Informatik Bereich oder in Supply Chain Management,

entsprechende Arbeitserfahrung wird auch akzeptiert

– Min. 5+ Jahre Projekterfahrung und Support Erfahrung in SAP ECC – MM & PP-PI Module

– Sehr gute Erfahrung in Pharma Manufacturing – Planning / Production Execution Prozesse

– GMP Erfahrung

– Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level B2)

– Sehr gute analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit stark

ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und

Servicedenken

– Prozessverständnis und E2E Mindset

– Teamfähige, motivierte, selbstständige, resiliente, offene und lernfähige, engagierte und

belastbare Persönlichkeit mit exzellenten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten.

Nice to Haves:

– Erfahrung in SAP APO PP-DS und/oder OMP von Vorteil

– Erfahrung in MES Systeme und eWM von Vorteil

– Erfahrung in SAP Customizing und ABAP Programming von Vorteil

– Kenntnisse in Middle Layer (TIBCO) von Vorteil
