SAP Support Specialists – SAP CO/FI/SD/PP/MM (m/f/d) – Remote

Project: Our customer is a global manufacturing business, established in over 40 countries. We are looking for multiple SAP Support Specialists within FI/CO/SD/PP/WM

The SAP Support specialists will be reponsible in dealing with requests from end-users on a day-to-day basis via the group’s Service Now ticketing system. This work can be done entirely remotely from a home office set-up in Germany.

Tasks:

• First level support in SAP module-specific end user problems, and application queries
• You provide SAP support in one or more of the required moduls and act as a central Contact for Users via phone, email or ticket system
• Classification of the incoming tickets and take ownership to solve simple error messages
• You analyse authorisation problems and solve them according to the authorisation concept
• You will develop new authorisation checks and authorisation roles in cooperation with the functional requirements managers.

Requirements:

• You have at least three years of SAP experience ideally working with any of the modules mentioned above
• You have very good knowledge in the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Excellent communication skills
• You act in a business and customer-oriented way.
• Structured approach with solution- and goal-oriented focus

Languages:

• English – Fluent (spoken and written)
• German skills are an advantage.
