SAP Transition Expert- FIORI, S4/HANA (m/f/d) – 20-50% – Winterthur

Project: For our client we are looking for an experienced SAP consultant to help support them with an SAP Migration project.

You will help define missing operative processes and roles in collaboration with users and the business and organize and train SAP users.

Tasks:

• Define missing operative processes and roles in collaboration with users and the business.
• Organize and train SAP users, providing support and guidance for data retrieval and transaction initiation.
• Train and improve processes using FIORI apps.
• Engage in discussions with the business and partners to identify improvements and changes, collecting business requirements and incidents, and ensuring their closure.
• Develop and coordinate with SAP partner solutions, evaluating their importance and costs, securing decision-making, and implementing approved solutions.
• Track, create, and close tickets, including password resets, and manage partner-related tickets and status changes.
• Act as the main contact for internal business and external SAP partners.
• Review and document process changes, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
• Ensure availability of SAP in all locations.
• Implement changes within defined deadlines and budget.
• Active drive business to take necessary decisions.
• Utilize change management expertise to execute changes and updates in a structured manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) effectively.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Foster teamwork, exhibit excellent self-organization skills, and possess an open character for effective collaboration.
• Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of end-user experience in S4/Hana application.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in administering S/Hana environments.
• Proven experience in defining interfaces from/to SAP.
• SAP certifications are highly desirable.
• Optional: Security skills to manage and create roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Foster teamwork, exhibit excellent self-organization skills, and possess an open character for effective collaboration.
• Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Languages:

• English; fluent (written and spoken)
• German is advantageous
