Senior Business Analyst 100% – JIRA/GUI/agile/front end/back end

Role:

For a leading financial services client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with front end back end analysis skills to join their headquarters based in Zurich.

Tasks and responsibilities:

The candidate will work close with the Projects Solution Management Team on the business side analyzing and gathering business requirements and specifications, by communicating them effectively to the IT Team. Close collaboration with the Product Owner of Deal Pool, SME ’s and IT are very essential. The candidate will also conduct direct interaction, communication, workshops and meetings with our main Swiss Member Banks/Shareholders and its Senior Managers.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge in quantitative analysis and process design, as well as the definition of IT requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector
• Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management (internal project team, investors and banks) skills
• Understand F2B processes, creating and expanding user stories (JIRA-Odyssey)
• Experience with interface specification and test execution (GUI and/or interface) is beneficial
• Strong in designing front-end solutions (mock-ups, look and feel, usability etc.)
• Work in an agile environment, with experience in writing features, epics and user stories
