Senior Project Manager – Workplace Services ( m, f, d) 80 – 100%

Project: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an International Client in Zürich. You will be involved in the process of selecting a new Vendor to provide IT Services and in the implementation of these services once a new IT Partnership has been established.

Responsibilities:

• Define the work packages and work streams for the project
• Selecting and contracting a partner who can provide services such as Hardware/device management, user support, Onsite support, O365 services including Azure management and remote desktop access.
• Create and manage the overall plan
• Manage the work streams and their deliverables
• Coordinate with vendors on deliveries and handovers for a smooth service transition (between current and selected provider)
• Ensure project staffing (resource management)
• Ensure project documentation is created and up to date
• Prepare management reports and ensure the project follows PMO standards and governance

Experience Required:

• University Degree in Applied Sciences, IT or Business Administration
• Senior Project manager with experience managing workplace services and service management projects
• Senior Project manager with experience managing infrastructure transformation projects
• Strong technical understanding of the services being implemented, and a service management view to achieve the new operating model
• Solid Change management focus
• Strong planning and organization skills, with a consequential and follow through manner
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in order to being able to communicate at all levels
• Excellent English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
