Project:

We are currently seeking a Senior Requirements Engineer for a Leading Financial services client in Zürich. Working as part of a highly successful and agile delivery Team you will support in the conceptual designs and development of efficient solutions to ensure implementations within cross-functional teams.

Key Tasks:

• Support the Regulatory Data Team
• Value-added implementation of the product backlog
• Supporting the product owner in the pre-analysis and assessment of the product backlog
• Eliciting and analyzing requirements (business rules, use cases, non-functional requirements) in direct cooperation with the business departments
• Creating and advancing concepts in close cooperation with the business analysts
• Transforming business needs into system requirements as well as transferring and evaluating solution options, taking into account economic, organizational and technical constraints
• Develop specifications and test cases based on user stories

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as requirements engineer ideally in a financial environment
• 5 years of experience in software development projects, ideally in interdisciplinary / international teams in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience with requirements engineering methods and documentation standards (User Stories, UML, BPM)
• 4 – 6 years‘ experience of working with Json REST DBs (RDBS, NoSql, ES)
• Technical know-how in the area of Funds and Regulatory Data, especially MiFID2, PRIIP, FIDLEG and SFDR

Personal Skills Sought:

We are seeking someone with a Positive, initiative and result-driven attitude with high sense for quality and strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical as well as non-technical target groups.

Languages:

• English – Business Fluent (spoken and written)
• German – Advantageous
