For our banking client we are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager (m/f/d) for Security Use Case Development. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness and effectiveness of our clients security solutions. You will be responsible for implementing and leading the software test methodology for our detection engineers, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality and security in our products.exercises. Start date 23.10.2023 in zurich.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive software test quality assurance methodology/protocols for security use case development.
• Collaborate with detection engineers, engineering teams, and incident response team to define test strategies, test plans, and test validation.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support in executing test plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for security use cases.
• Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional, performance, and security testing.
• Coordinate all testing activities during every stage of the test process.
• Develop and recommend solutions to fix any problems discovered during testing.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent training/education.
• Test management background with a proven history of success (4-6 years), including a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in designing and implementing test frameworks on large-scale programs and enhancing existing test processes.
• Experience with top log/observability monitoring platforms preferred (Datadog, Elastic, Dynatrace, IBM Qradar, New Relic, Grafana).
• Proficiency in managing a team of testers, mentoring, training, and guiding them in test best practices.
• Proven ability to work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute and interact productively with project teams as a creative, innovative engineer, while being accountable for deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure components.
