Senior Test Manager (m,f,d) – Global test Strategy/TOSCA/ART/ISTQB/SAFe 100%, Zürich/Hybrid

Role: For our client a leading bank we are looking for an experienced Senior test Manager. Joining the IT Operations & Value Streams /ART team you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive testing concept aligned with the OVS goals and the Global Test Strategy (GTS). This position involves providing hands-on support to multiple teams during the implementation of the test concept, establishing and monitoring measures related to testing, and offering vital insights to the ART and senior management.

Areas of responsibility:

• Develop and execute a testing concept aligned with OVS goals and the GTS
• Provide hands-on support to teams during the implementation of the test concept.
• Establish and monitor measures related to testing, tailoring them based on team requirements
• Conduct thorough analyses to identify specific testing needs for each team
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure everyone is on board with the journey to elevate testing maturity
• Report to different levels of management, providing insights and progress updates
• Perform an evaluation and conclude with a recommendation, as well as support the implementation.

Professional Requirements:

• 9+ years‘ experience working in complex environments as a Test Manager covering all testing aspects of the SDLC, including reporting.
• 3+ years‘ experience working in agile environments. SAFe methodology is a strong plus.
• Strong experience in creating test concepts, especially for agile setups.
• Knowledge of financial products is required. Work experience in the financial industry is a plus, with experience in the Markets domain being a strong plus.
• Hands-on attitude to support and guide agile teams, including coaching to implement the testing concept.
• Sound experience with test automation tools in general
• Experience with JIRA (XRAY is a strong plus).
• Sound experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and support the implementation of the same for testing aspects
• Degree or education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
• SAFe 4-6 and ISTQB Certified

• German (basic)
