System Administrator (m/w/d)

Role:

For our client a swiss manufacturer of watches and jewellery in Leipzig we are looking for a System Administrator.

Areas of responsibility:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, change and develop the server’s environments for internal usage as for client systems hosting
• Participate to hosting and cloud hosting projects as infrastructure specialist
• Conceptualize, implement and operate/maintain the office network following the requirements and fitting to the office needs

Professional and technical requirements:

• Successful experience in similar field
• Linux server’s management experience, Windows would be an advantage
• Networking experience
• Azure management experience (knowledge in TerraForm, Bash & PowerShell)
• DevOps or site reliability engineering like Windows servers management experience would be a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; French would be an advantage
• Highly motivated, ready to travel to CH/CZ and to competitions
• IT Engineer with degree and 3-5 years of experience
• Positive attitude and behaviour, solution oriented
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Able to work independently
• Respecting regulations & requirements
