For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Systems Engineer (Development Engineer) (m/f/d)

Background:
For the System Architecture and Engineering team, the hiring manager is looking for a systems engineer to support the team, which is working on a new development project. The hiring manager is looking for someone who has minimum first experience in Systems Engineering methodologies, topics (risk, requirements, configuration management), and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. The hiring manager will also consider professional and senior candidates.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Technical responsibility in key systems engineering disciplines for systems or complex system component development.
* Contribution to systems engineering in product development projects (and in product care, depending on priorities) comprising but not limited to: – System concepts & technical decisions
– Risk Management – Interface management and descriptions facilitation – Reliability requirement definition & testing concepts – Statistical test design – System Integration – Alignment with and coordination of affected parties in all above topics
* Contribution and writing of development documents, such as: Product / Technical requirements, Traceability analysis (verification), Product risk analysis, configuration management
* Collaboration during FMEA and risk analysis/assessments
* Drive alignment between components development and integration into one system via interface definitions and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
* Support in execution of test series to evaluate system reliability
* Support system testing during design verification and validation activities
* Cooperation with other functions in cross-functional activities, such as with HW and SW Engineering.
* Collaboration during definition, planning, and execution of project tasks and workpackages

Must Haves:
* Bachelor / Master (BSc/MSc) in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or natural sciences
* Min. first experience in development of complex systems comprising requirements, verification and on-market support
* Knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes used in system development
* Fluent in English
* Hands-on experience in applying technical (engineering) skills
* INCOSE certification and/or model based systems engineering
* Practical experience with SysML in general or Enterprise Architect in particular
* Experience in system integration of complex multidisciplinary systems
