Project:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Financial Service Provider in Zurich starting

1^St September 2022.

Tasks:

• act as Talent Acquisition Specialist mainly for FinTech positions in Switzerland
• act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other HR specialists to ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• relevant degree in HR or relevant/comparable work experience in recruiting
• at least 2 years of professional in-house recruiting and sourcing experience from an international environment
• motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, quick comprehension and agility
• initiative, goal-oriented and assertive personality

Languages:

• fluent in German and English, both written and oral
