Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT) – Zürich – 100%

Project: We are currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for our enterprise level customer. You will act as the Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT) to play a vital role in sourcing, identifying and recruiting the best talents for IT positions across business and corporate units and on various levels in Switzerland

The role will be based in Zürich and you will also be working closely with both internal and external partners.

Key Tasks:

• Act as IT Recruiter in Switzerland
• Be a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other HR specialists to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives and Employer Branding activities

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in HR or relevant/comparable work experience in recruiting, preferably with a background in IT
• Professional experience of recruiting at least 2 years in-house and sourcing experience within an international environment
• Agency experience is an advantage
• Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, quick comprehension and agility
• Excellent and Personable communication skills

* English – Fluent (written and spoken)
* German – Conversational – Fluent (Min B2)
