Technical Consultant – IT Infrastructure (m,f,d) Zürich – 100%

Project: We are currently seeking an experienced IT Consultant for our enterprise level customer in Zürich. You will act as the Technical Consultant and play a vital role in Advising and supporting information and communication solutions with analysis, goal definition, conceptual development and implementation

Key Tasks:

• Project Management and Requirements Gathering
• Identifying and assessing IT infrastructure dependencies
• Creating and assessing concepts for use in IT with consideration for current and prospective corporate requirements
• Creating customer-specific Solution offerings
• Identify application and platform dependencies, defining their target state and the steps required to ramp down from the as-is to the target state.

Requirements:

• Relevant University degree in IT/Computer Sciences or Master of Business Administration
• Broad Technical understanding of IT infrastructure within an enterprise and clear understanding of how applications and platforms are related
• Knowledge and experience of Windows, Linux and their management tools
• Solid experience of IT Consulting
• Experience of re-sizing of Infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise-grade IT infrastructure applications and platforms (Virtual Compute, storage, databases, logging, monitoring etc.)
• Experience with identifying and assessing IT infrastructure dependencies
• Experience of working within Financial Services and/or Banking

Languages:

• English – Fluent (written and spoken)
• German – nice to have
