Test Coordinator (m/f/d) – SAP S4/HANA / CSV / GMP / GDP/ German and English (B1)

For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a Test Coordinator (m/f/d)

Background:
The service module Logistics Solutions Basel and Kaiseraugst offers business services, provides high-quality, cost-efficient offers and recognizes trends at an early stage. The simple and uncomplicated access to the various services for all employees is a central concern. We meet the different demands with expertise and ensure operational relief, effective use of the existing assets and compliant procedures. Logistics Solutions takes care of goods and shipments that come to the site, are stored and distributed here or leave the site. Logistics Solutions implements a new warehouse management system (SAP). We are looking for an experienced test coordinator with in-depth knowledge of the IT sector to carry out the system tests.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
● Main contact between the project and the business for the planning, execution and documentation of the tests
● Creation of the user stories and the test scripts in cooperation with the business
● Creation of the corresponding documentation
● Support in the creation of the training content and documents
● Support in adapting the SOPs

Must Haves:
* Min. 3-5+ years of professional experience in IT, preferably in the field of testing in the pharmaceutical industry/logistics
* Well-founded experience in the creation, planning, documentation and implementation of software (IT) tests
* Proven experience in GMP / GDP area, preferably with a certificate
* Very strong SAP S4/HANA knowledge with initial practical CSV knowledge
* English skills, both oral and written, at least B1 level
* Fluent written and spoken German is a must
* Ability to interact with different internal stakeholders
* High level of structured and independent working methods
* Structured, focused and organized way of working, assertiveness and motivated, able to work independently and under pressure * Ability to work in
a team, positive personality with proactivity
* Quick learner, resilient

Nice to have:
* University degree in supply chain or computer science
