For our client F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., we are looking for a qualified Operator MAB Upstream Processing (m\/f\/d) to support the Large Molecules Manufacturing (MAB) operations at the Basel site.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will support GMP-compliant upstream production activities for monoclonal antibodies, contributing to the fast transfer-in of Ocre and the manufacturing of clinical and PPQ batches. You will work in a 6\/4 shift model and perform hands-on production tasks, including raw material weighing, sampling, laboratory activities, and equipment cleaning.<\/p>\n

You will operate in a highly regulated GMP environment (Zone C\/D) and actively support plant maintenance activities, material management, and electronic documentation using MES\/PLS systems. Close collaboration within the shift team is essential to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality production processes.<\/p>\n

This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Roche’s large molecule manufacturing by supporting reliable upstream operations in a dynamic production environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Tasks & Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Weighing of raw materials<\/li>\n
  • Sampling<\/li>\n
  • Laboratory work: Cellcount, pH, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting plant maintenance activities<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning<\/li>\n
  • Material management (local storage areas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n

    Must Haves: <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Vocational degree, technical background \/ understanding and manual skills required, ideally Biotechnologist<\/li>\n
    • 1 year experience in Pharmaceutical \/ GMP production environment<\/li>\n
    • Physical work is required. Supporting the weighing processes and the handling of raw materials<\/li>\n
    • Basic MS Office skills, working with MES\/PLS (electronic documentation system)<\/li>\n
    • Fluent German (min. B2) in speaking and writing<\/li>\n
    • Team work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
