For our client F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., we are looking for an experienced Global Logistics Manager (m\/f\/d)<\/strong> to support the Global Supply Chain Operations & Logistics organization at the Kaiseraugst site.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will manage global logistics operations and ensure the timely, compliant, and cost-efficient distribution of drug products across international markets. You will coordinate supply, inventory, and replenishment flows, acting as a key interface between manufacturing sites, affiliates, and external partners.<\/p>\n

A central focus of the role is overseeing end-to-end distribution processes-from product release to final delivery-while ensuring on-time and in-full performance. You will proactively monitor supply chain performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.<\/p>\n

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making, optimize logistics processes, and maintain high service levels across the network.<\/p>\n

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to Roche’s global supply chain by ensuring seamless logistics execution and strengthening a resilient, agile, and customer-focused distribution network.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Tasks & Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Ensure products are delivered on time, in full and in a compliant way<\/li>\n
  • Manage international distribution, logistics and trade operations<\/li>\n
  • Monitor stock availability, execute transfer and order to cash processes<\/li>\n
  • Drive performance monitoring<\/li>\n
  • Manage and resolve operational issues<\/li>\n
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for the optimization of transportation and logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Must Haves: <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain and\/or logistics experience in the pharma industry<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor degree in relevant field and\/or APICS certification (or equivalent) are a strong plus<\/li>\n
    • Decent knowledge of SAP MM\/SD transactions<\/li>\n
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language<\/li>\n
    • Data-driven mindset<\/li>\n
