Quality Assistant Specialist: Data tracking\/Data Migration\/ Documentation\/ProcessManagement\/ English\/ German\/ French<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a Quality Assistant Specialist to support the Quality team during the deployment of a new digital <\/span><\/span>
platform. The mission of this role is to support the migration of data from legacy systems to new tools, ensuring <\/span><\/span>
accuracy, traceability, and reliability of data, documentation, and processes, while contributing to digitalization <\/span><\/span>
initiatives. This is an operational, detail-oriented role essential to a successful system transition. We value initiative <\/span><\/span>
and encourage candidates to propose improvements and support process optimization.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tasks & Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/strong> :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Track, , and migrate data from legacy systems to new digital tools. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Ensure accurate data entry and maintain full traceability during the transition phase. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Prepare and verify data packages for customer delivery, ensuring completeness and correct batch <\/span><\/span>
alignment. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Support the collection, structuring, and consolidation of documentation from multiple sources. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Contribute to the transformation of paper-based data into digital formats. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Monitor adherence to defined processes and support compliance activities. Support operational activities <\/span><\/span>
such as quarantine area management and calibration processes. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Assist the team in daily activities related to system transition and process digitalization <\/span><\/span>
Required Skills and Experience <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks reliably. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment. Proactive mindset with a continuous <\/span><\/span>
improvement approach. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Good teamwork and communication skills. <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Basic knowledge of Excel and data management tools.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Nice to have<\/span><\/span><\/strong> :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Any further language (German, French and Swedish) beyond English is a strong asset <\/span><\/span>
\uf0b7 Experience in other Space companies<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
