This assignment offers end-to-end ownership of an ongoing SAP S\/4HANA release upgrade within a complex international enterprise environment involving multiple business units and stakeholders.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall project management of the SAP S\/4HANA release upgrade project.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate the project team throughout all phases of the release upgrade.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, monitor and drive project delivery, ensuring milestones and timelines are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare steering committee materials and present project status, risks and key decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Align with other projects and business departments to identify and manage dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Manage technical aspects of the release upgrade, including client concepts, freeze periods and dependencies with other projects and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, decision logs, risk registers and steering committee documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 10 years of SAP experience, including extensive project management experience delivering SAP S\/4HANA release upgrade projects.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholders across business and IT.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the technical concepts involved in SAP S\/4HANA release upgrades, including client concepts, freeze periods and project dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering SAP projects within complex enterprise environments involving multiple business units and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Languages: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent English (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>German an advantage (conversational Min.
