Senior Software Developer

Role: Our client is an Enterprise Ireland-backed Irish fintech startup, providing financial modeling software to banks, accountants and infrastructure developers.
They are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to get in early to a growing start-up, with equity on offer for the right candidate.
Reporting directly and working closely with the CTO, you’ll shape what will be the leading development environment for finance professionals in future.
Responsibilities:
-You will help to lead our development team
-Translating user requirements into product features
-Review and oversight of other developers in team
-Development of industry-leading spreadsheet generation engine
-Managing and prioritizing product roadmap, in conjunction with the management team
-Hands on exposure to finance sector and to working in a start up
Requirements:
-At least 5 years’ experience of .NET technologies, particularly C # and WPF
-Understanding of finance
– Enthusiasm and willingness to work on own initiative
-Interest in working in a start-up environment
-Able to communicate clearly to both users and developers
-Strong experience in .NET Framework 4.7, NET 5.0, C #, WPF
-Creating development environments and ideally compilers
-Ideally, VB.NET and Excel VBA experience
-XML and JSON data representation
-Unit testing
-Clean code, MVVM, SOLID principles
-Source control systems eg, Git
