Projekt: Für unseren Kunden in Jona suchen wir einen IT Supporter (m/w/d) zur temporäre Unterstützung (40 -60% Pensum) für ca. 6 Monate, eventuell auch länger Berufliche und Persönliche Anforderungen Korrekte Pflege der CIs (Systeme etc.) in der CMDB (helpLine) mit Status und Keyuser (Ticketsystem) Installation von PC Arbeitsplätzen, Umzüge, Erweiterungen, etc. Austausch von PC’s mit Datenübernahme (gemäss Checkliste) Springer Arbeiten im ganzen Gelände Computer formatieren und reinstallieren für Privatverkauf (gemäss Prozess und Anleitung) Entsorgung von Karton und Hardware
