SAP Authorizations Consultant (m,f,d) – Fiori/s4 HANA/SU25 – Remote – 100%

Project: We are looking for two experienced SAP Authorizations Consultants to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA programme. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining secure SAP authorisation concepts while supporting a major S/4HANA upgrade and SAP Fiori implementation.

Working closely with SAP functional teams, developers and Basis specialists, you will ensure security requirements are aligned with business needs and delivered according to SAP best practices.

Tasks:

• Design, implement and maintain SAP authorisation concepts and role designs within SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and maintain SAP Fiori authorisations, including roles, catalogues, business catalogues, spaces and pages.
• Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade activities, including Security Readiness checks and remediation.
• Execute SU25 activities and SAP Fiori migration tasks.
• Perform role analysis, Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews and access risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorisation issues across S/4HANA and Fiori environments.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain security documentation, role concepts and migration documentation.
• Support knowledge transfer and documentation during project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP Authorisations and SAP Security.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA authorisation concepts.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP Fiori authorisations, including roles and catalogues.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects.
• Practical experience performing SAP Security Readiness checks and remediation.
• Hands-on experience with SU25 and SAP Fiori migration activities.
• Good understanding of role design, profiles, authorisations and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience with XAMS or similar SAP authorisation analysis tools.
• Experience with user provisioning, identity lifecycle management or integration with IAM solutions.
• SAP Security certifications.
• Experience working in complex enterprise SAP landscapes and large-scale transformation programmes

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
