Business Analyst Enterprise Recipe Management – MES, LIMS and related ISA95, English, German

Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Business Analyst Enterprise Recipe Management.

We are looking for a Business Analyst located in Kaiseraugst to work for PT Informatics, the
Informatics supporting Pharma Global Technical Operations. The Business Analyst will
support Enhancement activities on Enterprise Recipe Management.

Areas of responsibility:
* Business Analysis for integration of Enterprise Recipe Management system with other
manufacturing-related systems
* Understands the information technology (IT) and manufacturing operational technology (OT)
integration in the different plants
* Consolidates and visualizes the IT/OT landscape as basis for the discussion with our customers
* Supports our customers in defining their processes and the “to be” model for an E2E
accountability assessment
* Acts as an interface between global / local business (customer) functions and global / local IT
functions and as a contact point for business leads
* Liaise with DS (Drug Substance) and DP (Drug Product) network to leverage experience made
in their IT/OT convergence
* Works within a global squad team to ensure that the final assessment outcome will serve as a
base to become network wide

Professional and technical requirements:
* Min. 3 years of experience in IT or OT related to the pharmaceutical environment working as a
Business Analyst
* Min. Apprenticeship or any higher education in informatics or engineering with relevant work
experience
* Strong background in manufacturing of drug substances and ideally also drug products
* Experience with MES, LIMS and related ISA95 production systems
* Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a MUST and German is an advantage
* Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing environment
* Analytical thinking, structured approach to identify potential benefits and structure them into
business cases
* Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders
* Cultural awareness

Nice to Haves:
* Experience in Data modeling, data analysis, data presentation (reporting) related aspects
* Organizational Change Management experience
* Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects
* Pharma-internal project methodology and Pharma experience
