Digital Product Owner (60 %)

Project: As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you will work in close collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing, IT and International Service providers. As Digital Product owner you will have responsibility for a number of products from development to roll out phases.

Tasks:

• Creation and tracking of backlog items for the supported projects.
• Thorough analysis of the requirements.
• Defining of a group solution
• Preparation, concept and implementation of the projects
• Coordinating the implementation of new features in the Digital Team with IT
• Coordination with local project managers to ensure projects and roll-outs are on schedule
• Preparation, planning, communication and implementation of roll-outs.
• Organisation and, if necessary, implementation of required trainings
• Subsequent planning and implementation of new releases and maintenance for the projects
• Cooperative and successful collaboration with IT and market representatives.
• Close coordination with the markets and cooperative enforcement of governance rules.
• Independent project management for the defined digital projects.
• Selection, coordination and control of the external partners involved.

Skills sought:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Product owner
• Experience with agile projects/programs
• Sound understanding of project management activities within an international enterprise
• Strong personal drive with excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

* English – Fluent (written and spoken)
* German – Fluent (written and spoken)
