For our client Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Global Product Marketing.
Background:
Responsible for marketing of software applications such as: LabOPS suites, Roche
Inventory Solutions, Advance Service Analytics…etc. Directly supporting the international
business leader (IBL) in developing the best possible marketing & brand plan, providing
leadership in areas of the plan to enable successful Go-To Market strategies, customer
segmentation and Value Proposition Creation. Acts as a standing member of the assigned
International Business Team(s) (IBTs) Develops and implements clear positioning,
messaging and branding guidelines, impactful events in terms of congresses and standalone
meetings, and effective promotional and medical education materials for launch brands.
We are looking for a skilled marketing professional. Knows how to operate in a complex
matrixed organization. Works cross functionally and is able to collaborate with fellow team
members and operate independently. Will support and have responsibility as part of one of
our product Lifecycles so will need to be able manage multiple stakeholders.
Ideal candidate:
We are looking for 2 marketing profiles. The skillset is the same; the difference is on the
seniority level. One position will require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; the
second one will need minimum 2 years.
For both roles, we are looking for someone with strong proven experience in marketing, both
in marketing strategy and execution; we need someone able to create and execute a
marketing plan with previous experience on both a global and local level. We need someone
with experience creating marketing value proposition, with experience in market
segmentations, market insights, customer value drivers etc. This person should have
experience in digital product and in B2B marketing (please note someone with only
consumer brands experience will not be suitable). Finally, experience in either healthcare of
software is needed.
Areas of responsibility:
– Develop Messaging & Positioning: Develop product value propositions, positioning and
messaging for different personas
– Lead market assessment and product launch efforts from a global marketing perspective:
build and implement the marketing strategy for new product launches, collaborating with
commercialization, product, region and affiliates team to ensure well-coordinated execution.
– Creating and developing innovative product marketing programs that drive awareness and
demand
– Craft and establish the key principles of agile marketing and agile ways of working in a
collaborative working environment.
– Sales enablement: communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team
and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products including
conducting demos, creating content, assets, and tools
– Marketing content: support demand generation and content marketing campaigns with
expertly crafted content that speaks to each target vertical and person
– Market intelligence: be the specialist on customers in each segment, how they buy and
their buying criteria; use this knowledge to advise product messaging, brand differentiation,
marketing content and sales training.
– Competitive Intelligence and Analysis: establish the driven intel strength and be the go to
expert on how to crush the competition and how to win.
Professional and technical requirements:
