Identity & Access Management (IAM) specialist

Project: We are currently seeking an Identity Access & Management professional to join a Global business based in Zürich. This is a 6 month project to start immediately, and can be worked fully remotely from within Switzerland.

Key Tasks:

• Contribute to the daily operations of the team (Tickets, incident and problem management, status`s, troubleshooting issues, support)
• Manage user accounts and permissions in the identity and access management solution
• Assess, optimize with the team IAM related processes and manage the reporting to various stakeholders bearing in mind both their technical and business requirements
• Help to drive the development of innovative value added IAM services, toolkits, methodologies and accelerators
• Participate in the service management for local IAM services in collaboration with the Global IT Organization.

Requirements:

• You have a higher education in IT
• ITIL 4 Foundation certified (or in the process of achieving certification)
• 2 years+ experience in Identity and Access Management
• Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory
• Familiarity with Cloud based directory services of Azure AD
• Good knowledge of IAM concepts and best practices
• You have effective verbal and written communication skills, as well good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You have the desire to work in an international environment as an innovative and motivated team member

Languages:

• English – Business fluent
• French and/or German: Nice to have
