Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Infrastructure Rollout Supporter.

We are looking for an Infrastructure Rollout Supporter located at Basel/Kaiseraugst to work for PT Informatics, the Informatics supporting Roche Pharma Global Technical Operations. This position is focused on installing, testing band deploying infrastructure, clients and devices for Drug Product and Drug Substance Manufacturing and Pharma Technical Development. This is a very urgent request for a Support person able to start immediately.

Areas of responsibility:
* Operating system installation based on existing documents and processes
* Configure and test infrastructure, clients and devices
* Create installation and test documentation based on existing templates

Professional and technical requirements:
* Previous experience in system installation and maintenance of operating systems, hardware and peripheral devices e.g. barcode scanner, printer etc.
* Good technical skills in Windows based operating systems
* Good communication skills, fluent in German
* Service oriented attitude
* Good social skills, team player
