On-Site-Supporter

On-Site-Supporter – Win10 / Office 365, ITIL, BMC REMEDY, German and English


Role:
For our client pharma industry based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a On-Site-Supporter

a temporary PC / on-site supporter for the following locations from February 1st,
2022 or by agreement until March 31st, 2023 for the time being:
– Kaiseraugst / CH, approx. 40%
– Sisseln / CH, approx. 20%
– Grenzach / DE, approx. 20%
– Village-Neuf / FR, approx. 20%

The operating times can change as required, but all four locations must be regularly supported on
site.
Please ensure that you have a work permit that may be required in Grenzach and Village-Neuf (EU).

Areas of responsibility:
– Execution of operational tasks for the implementation of local or regional projects (e.g. physical
installation of devices on site, hardware restages)
– On-site support for solving problems in the area of digital workplace devices (office PCs), printers,
local networks, software incidents that could not be resolved remotely.
– Support of disruption / repair activities for servers and network devices.
– Assistance in solving backup problems
– Identification of problems in the ICT infrastructure based on recurring incidents and support of
problem management in investigations and analysis of the root causes (e.g. collecting information
and support tests)
– Support in handling security incidents, reporting security deviations / violations, etc.
– Responsible for escalation to his / her OSS manager in the event of: Problems or complaints of
noncompliance
by the customer, including software breaches, security breaches, virus problems and
misuse of ICT services
– Creation and provision of knowledge articles (Quick Reference Cards) and the exchange of
experiences (knowledge transfer) with colleagues.
– Audit support (e.g. verification of the physical devices and the location)
– Patching of network connections
– Carrying out on-site activities that were defined and commissioned as an additional service
– Management of spare parts and local stocks on site
– Observes the SHE regulations and safety regulations and informs immediately if these are not
observed or dangerous situations arise

Important:
The applicant should be vaccinated or recovered. A 3G regulation has recently come into force, at
least for Kaiseraugst. However, only PCR tests are accepted.

Professional and technical requirements:
– German and English fluent
– mobility (own car)
– Good knowledge of Win10 / Office 365 (especially in TEAMS)
– Team player, has to fit well into our team
– ITIL know-how

Nice to Haves:
– knowledge of French
– Knowledge of the ticketing system BMC REMEDY
Working hours:
– Core working hours 8 h / day. We cover the support from Mon-Fri. from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
