Operational Excellence process Support (Confluence/BPMN) (m/f/d) 100% – Remote
Project: For our client in the energy sector we are looking for an experienced consultant to help support the business in shaping their information on Confluence
The main objective of this position is to support the Operational Excellence unit, work to meet the increasing demand from internal customers. You will work closely with teams in Madrid, France and Germany and help them structure their information in Confluence.
Tasks:
Supporting and consulting business in shaping their information on Confluence
Design & delivery of the process management as and when needed by the business or Operational Excellence team
Communicating with various teams to tackle workshops/queries in relation to improvements
Requirements:
Good Know-how in Confluence
Experience with Adonis BPMN process (Good to have)
Basic understanding of process improvements (Design, Improvements and Implementations)
Independent, proactive, patient with coaching mindset
Solution focused and self-sufficient in finding solutions internally
Languages:
English; fluent (written and spoken)
French, German, Spanish is a plus
