Professional Project Manager – change management, Scrum, Jamboard, Smartsheet, Trello

Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Basel we are looking for a Professional Project Manager.

This position in PT Global MSAT and Engineering (PTT) provides strategic and tactical
business support to several technology and digitalization projects and initiatives. In this role
you will collaborate and partner with engineers, manufacturing technology experts and
senior leaders across PT, as well as with other project and business managers in the
organization. The position is based in Basel and will report to the PTT Business Operations
department.

The perfect candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who has project management experience, was part of a
Digital Transformation project (understanding of theory, no leading or strong IT knowledge
needed) and has solid knowledge of the healthcare industry and associated regulatory
environment, preference for those with understanding/experience of large molecule drug
manufacturing.

Areas of responsibility:
* Manage cross-functional global initiatives using agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum)
* Facilitate teams in their progress towards goals
* Help the teams focus on creating value
* Facilitate and lead effective project meetings and workshops
* Actively manages project Organizational Change Management and Communications
* Identify and engage stakeholders, including collecting stakeholder feedback through voice
of the customer interviews or surveys as needed

Professional and technical requirements:
* Min Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
* Min. 7+ years of experience in project management and/or change management and
communications
* Experience in Digital Transformation, preferred in a project setting (no leading needed)
* Min. 2 years of experience with agile development practices (Scrum) and organizational
change management
* Solid knowledge of the healthcare industry and associated regulatory environment,
preference for those with understanding/experience of large molecule drug manufacturing
* Able to use a variety of IT applications to drive project progress (e.g. Jamboard,
Smartsheet, Trello)
* Fluency in English spoken and written
* Well versed in facilitation techniques and skills
* Able to work in a complex matrixed environment
* Cultural awareness and sensitivity as well as keen interest in global projects / teams
* Excellent communication skills

Nice to Haves:
* Prosci and/or Scrum Master certifications preferred
* Pharma experience
* Lean Greenbelt or Blackbelt is a plus
