Project Implementation Support – Procurement systems, Source to Pay process, Project management support

Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Basel we are looking for a Project Implementation Support. The procurement team is currently implementing the new “Demand to Pay” procurement solution
(process, system, new ways of working) in the sites Basel and Kaiseraugst. They need support in
this implementation.
The perfect candidate is a self-starting person which is stress resistant and willing to own tasks.

Areas of responsibility:
* Support and run Source to Pay process and system testing activities incl. ticket creation for
findings
* Support data gathering for system configuration (mapping tables, system settings)
* General Source to pay process data analysis (e.g. user-transactions statistics)
* Cleansing and Data Verification for the demand to pay process (transactional data like
requisitions, open purchase orders) to prepare for data migration
* Support project management activities like e.g. organization of meetings, status- and activity
Tracking

Professional and technical requirements:
* Proven track record in system implementation roles and activities (Procurement systems preferred)
* Source to Pay process knowledge
* Project management support experience
* MS Office and Google Suite Software experience
* Excellent English and German (written & spoken)

Nice to Haves:
Experience to work in a global environment
