For our client in the Roche Rotkreuz based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Project Lead (RIS) (f/m/d)

The perfect candidate:
Within the Lifecycle Team LAB Platforms, we are looking for an experienced project leader within the area of Point of Care Software.
You have the opportunity to join this multinational initiative and team. In this role you will collaborate closely with the department of engineering (R&D), Point of Care business, other business areas (e.g. Centralized Point of Care Solutions & Roche Molecular Solutions), Quality & Regulatory, external partners as well as your program leader. This is an excellent opportunity to lead in a complex international matrix organization by successfully applying your project leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Overall accountability for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and completion of the development of product feature extensions and product maintenance
* Ensure compliance with the project delivery dates in terms of scope, quality and budget
* Our development process will be adapted to a more agile approach. You can actively support this change.
* Collaborating with Product Management and the interdisciplinary team in order to find the best fit approach for the projec
* Build a high performing project team to achieve the aspired results
* Offers focus and direction to successfully manage ambiguity and complexity
* Shape a stimulating and motivating work environment

Must Haves:
* Min. Master degree in engineering, IT or comparable field of study
* Proven experience working with an Engineering Organization
* Proven experience working in a highly regulated industry (In vitro Diagnostics – IVD experience is a plus) within an international matrix environment
* Experience with the implementation and deployment of cloud-based solutions
* Proven track record of delivering one or several full life-cycle product development projects
* Experience with agile project management methodologies e.g. SAFe or similar
* Excellent command of English

Nice to Haves:
* Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage
