Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Project leader.

The development lead is responsible for driving and coordinating the required activities in
order to make the Roche automation products compliant to the IVDR requirements. In
collaboration with a team of experts, the identified gaps in regards of documentation, product
labeling and product risk management need to be closed. Making sure the team is aligned
on the path forward as well making sure that team stays on the aligned course is essential to
be successful in this position. This specific project is about the CE labeling for racks (e.g. for
sample tubes).

Areas of responsibility:
– Delivering the Rack CE labeling project
* Ensure CE labeling according to timeline, quality, budget and product requirements
* Address functional needs, e.g. technical, regulatory, business – in alignment with
International Business Leader (IBL) / Life cycle Project Leader (PL) – and operational issues
* Align all development activities (in scope of the predefined goals / solution) in accordance
with cross-functional evaluation and risk assessment
* Proactively challenge project teams on delivery and alternative courses of action
– Advancing the work of CoreLab Instrumentation, making tradeoffs
* Collaborate with other Program/Project Leaders and Project Teams on our Automation
offering
* Create transparency on the state, progress and risks of the projects
* Drive team debate and decision around key issues that determine IVDR compliance or
Schedule

Professional and technical requirements:
* Academic degree in an engineering related discipline
* At least 5 years working experience in product development, in a highly regulated
enviroment is of adavantage
* At least 5 years working experience in (sub-)project leadership
* Fluent in English, German is of advantage
* Experience within IVD product development is of advantage
* Analytical and structured working style
* Ability to have a pragmatic approach and balance it with details
* Ability to form a functional team
* Can focus the team on completing activities
* Demonstrated your ability to successfully negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders
including external partners
* Consistent record of building collaborative relationships with peers and teams, helping
cross-functional teams address strategic opportunities
* A desire and openness to learning and continuously improving, both of yourself and your
team members
* Ability to navigate within a changing organization, dealing with ambiguity, maintaining
objectivity, respect for differences of opinion, respect for intercultural differences, fairness,
open communication and consensus building skills
