Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Basel we are looking for a Project Manager SAP Commerce Cloud.

The role of the project manager SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is to work with our commercial and order-
2-cash business groups and IT teams to roll-out the C/4 HANA global template and help standardize and
harmonize business processes and IT solutions respectively. The project manager works with other
members of our Informatics teams to identify, implement and improve solutions that support the
business needs. The regional scope of this role has a focus on but is not limited to the Europe, Russia,
Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region. The project manager joins a team of talented, creative, and
motivated SAP Experts and project managers and solution architects within ERP Informatics accountable
for delivering solutions to business units. This position has a very high level of direct business interaction,
acts as a single point of contact and will drive projects, enhancements, and maintenance activities related
to our SAP C/4 HANA instances (” Customer Web Portal”) in the EEMEA region.

The perfect candidate: The perfect candidate has experience in implementation project on a global level
from the pharmaceutical company and has an interest or already experience in the regional scope of
Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region.

Areas of responsibility:
* Continuously develops and drives implementation of a rolling multi-year technology and project
portfolio, aligned with business roadmaps and derived from business and IT strategies which incorporate
technology trends and resulting opportunities.
* Ensures that agile principles are applied, continuously improved and adhered throughout the projects
and releases.
* Lead related projects and participate in the design and deployment of the SAP Commerce Cloud to
support business initiatives.
* Coordinate SAP Commerce Cloud integration points with SAP ERP.
* Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes to appropriate IT
teams.
* Help drive process improvement initiatives to optimize user experience and business understanding of
solutions.
* Collaborate with our S/4 HANA global program, enterprise architecture teams and align with other
lifecycle initiatives and/or regional roll-out efforts.
* Maintain all business relationships vital to the success of the portfolio and implementation projects –
roll-out best practices and tools for implementation and continuous improvement are put in place and
continuously improved

Professional and technical requirements:
* Min. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Min. 3-5 years’ experience as a project manager in SAP order-to-cash and SAP Commerce Cloud in a
global environment, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
* In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP Sales & Distribution, SAP commerce Cloud and understanding cross
functional process flow, data and dependencies
* Functional experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (aka Hybris) main capabilities such as card checkout,
order management, user management, content management and product catalog management
* Experience in successfully driving sustainable organizational change (OCM)
* Work experience in a multinational environment, working across time zones.
* Experience of communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and engaging with
senior leadership
* Very good command of the English language (spoken & written)
* Results oriented with excellent coordination, organizational and communication skills
* Highly analytical, yet pragmatic and result-driven mindset
* Business needs focused approach to add value to the organization and customers
* Identifies and acts upon opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement with the ability to
influence and instigate change

Nice to Haves:
* Commercial / Order-to-Cash Qualifications, SAP SD, Agile / SCRUM, Java and SAP solution manager
certifications are a plus
* Previous project experience in Middle East and Africa
* German language skills are a plus
