For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified RoME Communications Manager (m/f/d).

Background:
As a RoME (Roche Meetings, Events & Engagements) Communications Manager within our RoME Business Team you will work closely alongside the RoME Solution Owner as part of a cross functional multidisciplinary team to play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication within the RoME project team and with our stakeholders..

The perfect candidate: owns a university degree in communication and is experienced in global communications projects. Additionally, the candidate brings more than 5 years of experience of matrix leadership and a willingness to work on all strategic levels, as well as executing the strategy. Lastly, a proficiency in G-Suite and a fluency in English is required.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy tailored to the objectives and requirements for RoME
* Define and maintain clear communication goals, target audiences, and key messages for the project.
* Identify and further analyze project stakeholders
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with RoME team and all stakeholders (via RoME team where needed) to ensure communication needs are met.
* Plan, schedule and maintain project-related communication activities, including meetings, updates, and reporting.
* Create a communication calendar to keep stakeholders informed of important project milestones and deadlines.
* Generate RoME related content, including newsletters, reports, presentations, and documentation. * Ensure that communication materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with the RoME goals
and messaging.
* Distribute RoME updates and information through appropriate channels
* Coordinate with team members to gather information and updates for communication materials.
* Crisis planning for Communication
* Collaborate closely with all Roche project teams to gather insights, progress updates, and challenges to be communicated.Work with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content.
* Assist in change management efforts by communicating project related changes effectively to affected stakeholders.
* Address concerns and questions from team members and stakeholders regarding project changes.
* Collect feedback from stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of RoME communication and make necessary adjustments.
* Monitor and measure the impact of communication effortsMaintain records of RoME communication activities and materials.
* Generate regular reports on communication performance and provide insights for improvement.
* This role will require a high level of cross organisational collaboration * Collaboration across GPS, AABI, MarTech and RoME product and service teams for communication related needs, being able to understand and navigate the basics of a complex framework of technologies.

Must Haves:
* University degree in global communications
* Experience in global communications projects
* Min. 5 years experience of matrix leadership is essential
* Willingness to work on all strategic levels, as well as executing the strategy
* Proficient in G-Suite, Trello
* English fluency
* Is responsible for acting in line with legal, regulatory and company standards and codes of practice (such as Roche Code of Conduct and any other Roche directives and guidelines)

Nice to Have:
* Lucid, Spark, Jira knowledge
