Senior Requirements Engineer- CPRE/IREB and/or CCBA/IIBA, ASEP (INCOSE)

Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Senior Requirements Engineer.

The department of Instrumentation Integration Rotkreuz is looking for two candidates. The two positions
vary in tasks, this will be clarified in the interviews. For the two positions hiring managers are looking for a
candidate’s different levels of experience.

Within the Chapter Instrumentation Development Core Lab, the Product Definition Teams (PDT) for
Haematology and Coagulation ensure in close collaboration with our business functions the
comprehensive understanding of customer needs in this business segment and its translation into
requirements for our future Haematology and Coagulation platforms and its updates over their product
life cycle. For the Coagulation Product Definition Team, the department is looking for two (Senior)
Requirements Engineers.

Areas of responsibility:
* Elaborate requirements with stakeholders
* Understand stakeholder’s needs and rational
* Document requirements in natural language or models
* Validate requirements with stakeholders and get approval on content
* Manage requirements of features and functions in our Life Cycle Management Tool
* Manage changes to requirements
* Ensure consistency, structure and traceability of requirements of the whole system

Professional and technical requirements:
* Bachelor or Master (BSc/MSc) in Engineering or Life Science
* At least 3-5 years of working experience in multiple complex system projects over the whole
development process, including product lifecycle
* At least 3-5 years of working experience in large and multidisciplinary teams
* Applied knowledge of requirements engineering approaches and tools
* Certification in CPRE/IREB and/or CCBA/IIBA, ASEP (INCOSE) or equivalent comprehensive training in
systems engineering
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
* Experience in IVD is a plus
* Experience with HPALM/ Retina or Enterprise Architect is a plus
* Organizational skills to drive elaboration and assessment of technical and software requirements
* Patience and tenacity to achieve a cross functional alignment and decision on requirements
* Good communication skills towards business stakeholders and engineers
* High quality standard to manage respective Design and Change Control deliverables
* Efficient use of Application Management Tools and continuously support improving Requirements Engineering practices
