Trust Administrator -Wealth Management/STEP/Viewpoint

Role:

We are currently seeking a Trust Administrator our client for changing-the-bank and running-the-bank responsibilities. As a Trust Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trusts and ensuring that they comply with both the legal and financial obligations as well as supporting project endeavors to migrate companies to a new provider.

Main assignments:

• Organize transfer of companies to new providers
• Liase with Register Agents for the transfer of shareholders and directorships
• Repaper accounts in relation to transfer
• Maintain the database up to date
• Various additional administrative tasks to support Trust Officers in daily business

Requirements:

• Experience as a Trust Administrator in a financial service or Wealth Manager
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and service oriented
• STEP qualified is a plus
• Experience with Viewpoint is a plus

Language:

• English fluency
• German is a plus
