Project:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Your organisational skills and administrative expertise will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Tasks:

• Assist in daily office operations and provide administrative support to various departments.
• Manage communication, scheduling, and documentation to ensure seamless office workflows.
• Utilize administrative tools such as G-Suite for effective data management and organization.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high standard of accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members on project management tasks using tools like Trello or Monday.com.

Skills / Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or commercial diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in using administrative tools, particularly G-Suite.
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Monday.com is a plus.

Languages:

• English fluent (C1/C2 Level)
• German is a plus
