·Designed and developed document generation application for billing documents. (Perl, shell, SQL)

This set of production Perl programs gathers XML and SYLT files from various servers, invokes Exstream to generate the customer documents, and distributes them to the print shop, email, SMS, and other destination machines. It uses an Oracle database to track progress.

05.2006 – 02.2010 System Test Engineer

·Automated testing for national triple-play provisioning system, involving Web Sphere, SOAP, LDAP, DSLAM, DHCP, and RADIUS. Designed test cases with Test Director. (Perl, shell, SQL)

·Developed tools to help the Network Operations Center manage the national broadband network, including DSLAM migration, generation of RADIUS configuration files, log file anaylsis (5GB/day).

·Designed and built a server program, still in use throughout Switzerland today, which uses X.25 to download new software images to multiple computers (C)

·Responsible for all aspects of the real-time cross-development system used by about 20 programmers to develop ISDN private exchanges for Intel & Motorola chips, including:
